1. General
The 100 Hours Database, hereinafter "Database", was developed by the
Southern Regional ETTC, hereinafter "ETTC", and all proceeds from the sale of this Database will serve to improve the educational technology training provided to teachers through the ETTC Consortium. The ETTC is a not for profit educational consortium managed by the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and the Atlantic County Vocational Technical School.

2. Proprietary Rights
The ETTC owns all right, title and interests in the Database, all text and
graphics contained therein and all intellectual property rights in and to such Database. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this Database is not permitted.

3. Warranties of ETTC
ETTC makes no warranties of any kind including, but not limited to, any
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Access
Full access to the Database design and capacity to customize the Database
for each districts' needs is being provided to all districts as a service to the educational community. The Database is available for Microsoft Access 97 and Microsoft Access 2000.

This license enables you to use the Database at one school district only. Multiple schools can share the Database and multiple users within each school can access the Database simultaneously. The Database can be accessed on a stand-alone computer or via local area network. Permission to copy the Database for use within the district is granted. The license also permits you to customize all aspects of the Database using standard facilities available in Microsoft Access.

5. Prohibitions
This license does not permit you to provide copies of the software for use at
other school districts. If you provide this Database or a customized version of the Database to another school district, that district is required to purchase a Database license from the ETTC separately. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to notify the ETTC if you provide a copy of this Database to another school district.

6. Indemnification
This Database is provided to school districts for use "as is". The ETTC, the
Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, and the Atlantic County Vocational Technical School take no responsibility for the loss of data, staff time or any other monetary consequences of using this Database, and will be held harmless and indemnified of any liability regarding the use of this Database.

7. Support
The ETTC will provide telephone support and training for use of the Database only by appointment and will charge a per hour fee (as stipulated in the Agreement) for support and training time. E-mail support will be available at no cost.

8. Fee
A nominal fee of $100.00 per school district will be charged for the initial version of this Database as released in October 2000.

I accept the terms of this License Agreement and will abide with them.
