Onsite Technical Assistance Options

  1. Review and analysis of program functioning: onsite visit(s)
    • Meeting review
      • Format (agenda, review of cases, number of new cases, problem description, review of data, etc…)
      • Process (i.e., interpersonal dynamics, role of leadership)
    • Schedule of meetings
    • Forms
    • Action plans
    • Record-keeping
    • Annual review process
    • SPED clarification

  2. Presentation (1-2 hours) for I&RS team members, administration and/or staff:
    • Specific observable behaviors and SMART objectives
    • Problem solving and selecting intervention strategies
    • Data-based decision-making
    • Staff/parental involvement
    • Creating a positive I&RS culture
    • Action planning
    • Team maintenance
    • Program evaluation
    • District determined content

  3. On-site team training. Limited availability.  On-site Training is based on needs-assessment by Technical Assistance Project Team.
    • Half-day, full day, or two-day sessions based on availability.

Onsite Technical Assistance programs are available at no cost
on a first come,  first served basis.
