A major toy company is looking into marketing a new doll, Fashion Clash Cassie. Cassie wears skirts and blouses that are never the same color. A girl who plays with Cassie notices a pattern of how many outfits Cassie can wear in terms of how many colors of clothes she has available.

Answers:
    For 3 colors, outfits = 6
    For 4 colors, outfits = 12
    For 5 colors, outfits = 20
    For 6 colors, outfits = 30

    For 10 colors, outfits = 90

There are several patterns.

The differences between each answer increases by 2 or you could explain the multiplication counting principle.

Due back to ETTC by, Friday May 17 at 5pm.
