If you have a teacher who…
suffers from computer anxiety, your approach should be motivational, patient and incorporate customized teaching techniques. Remember computer-anxiety teachers are usually complete beginners or individuals who do not understand the value of technology.

Soothe nerves and fears by letting them know everything will be OK
Show relevance and applications of technology to their teaching situations
Motivate the learner
Take each process step by step
Use visuals
Allow for hands-on practice
Review the process repeatedly
Praise any accomplishments
Work one-on-one or in small groups
Find a technology partner for the nervous teacher
