Responding to Questions (Expected or Unexpected) Despite planning on your part as the instructor, you will be asked many questions during the training session. Being prepared is very important. Answering questions directly is very important. However, you can NOT know every answer. So, how can you handle this situation? Repeat the question - Gives you a moment to think, confirms what the question actually was for the entire audience   Indicate that no one can have ALL the answers, but you will you find the answer and follow up with the class/individual. Then you MUST do it.
