1. Introductions

- Students from each school will introduce themselves.
- Students will be wearing LARGE name tags
- Have students seated, to eliminate extra movement
|

2. PPT Presentation
|
15 min.
|
- Two students present content in PPT format... about 8 to 10
slides
HINTS:
- Use Large Fonts (32pt)
- No more than four lines of text per slide.
- No more than 6 words to line.
- Lots of Pictures in Presentation
- Limit transitions to ones that are not to busy!!
- Limit extra noise in room, remind all.
- Prompt students to read slowly and clearly.

3. Video
|
5 min.
|
- Video - content should be something that can not be captured
life at the video conference session.
- Students should have script, or bulleted list of ideas to read
during video.

4. Questions and Answers
|
10 min.
|
- Try to involve students responses between sites.
- Have teacher at remote site select students to ask questions.
- If answer is unknown, have student write it down to be answered
later.
- If questions can not be heard, ask students to stand and use
an "outside" voice.

5. Quiz
|
10 min.
|
- Interactive PowerPoint Quiz
- Each class will prepare 10 content questions to be answered
by remote site.
- Same tips as for PowerPoint Presentation.
- Multiple choice or true/ false with buttons for each choice.
- Have students read questions and answers to remote site.
- Allow class to try again after wrong responses.
