This workshop is an introduction to an inquire based Internet activities called WebQuests.

1.View this PowerPoint to learn what WebQuests are and, why to use them?

2. Surf the web and discover some cool Web Quests.
Start here: WebQuest Matrix, pick out one WebQuest to use in your classroom.

3. Take a look at this rubic which evaluates WebQuests, rubic,
and evaluate the Quest you chose. Here is a rubic to evaluate students work, student rubic.

4. Take a few minutes and look at this Evaluating example. Ancient Egypt, when you are finished you can email your comments to me for input.

5. Professors Bernie Dodge and Tom March started developing WebQuests at San Diego University. Here is their collection of libraries of WebQuests.
